When can I return the product received?

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Then write to us at hi@re-culture.com and we will send a replacement.
Please ensure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

When can I return the product?

Please get in touch with us within 72 hours from the date of receiving your shipment.

What is the procedure to return the product?

Please get in touch with us at hi@re-culture.com. If you are eligible for a return, we will initiate the process by sending you an email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. Please try using our our associated courier partners to send us back the product, along with the validation email.

What is the procedure to get a refund?

If the product is faulty, we will offer you a cash refund. This will be done by bank transfer.

If the product is not faulty, and you change your mind, then we are happy to give your store credit.

The time taken to initiate a refund will be one week from approving the refund request.

Please remember, it normally takes 7-10 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

You can cancel the order anytime before it has been shipped.

If the order has been shipped and then you change your mind, we can offer you store credit.

No cash refunds are applicable for cancellations.
